研討會發表者注意事項 國際場 ►發表方式：每位口頭簡報15分鐘、Q&A 5分鐘。每位發表者第13分鐘響一次鈴提醒，第15分鐘響兩次鈴簡報結束。 ►研討會發表為現場口頭發表，請準備簡報PPT檔。 ►簡報檔案請存在USB隨身碟自行攜帶至會場，於各場發表前10分鐘交由各場工作人員處理。 ►會議室設備：各會議室將提供筆電(作業系統為Windows)、投影機、滑鼠及簡報筆。

Instructions for Conference Presenters International Sessions ► Presentation format: Each oral presentation is 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. A bell will ring once at the 13-minute mark as a reminder, and twice at the 15-minute mark to indicate the end of the presentation. ► Conference presentations will be delivered orally on site. Please prepare your presentation PPT file. ► Save your presentation file on a USB flash drive and bring it to the venue. Please submit it to the session staff 10 minutes before the start of the session. ► Meeting room equipment: Each meeting room will be equipped with a laptop computer (Windows OS), projector, mouse, and presentation remote.

1. 全文稿件，請依指定格式範本撰寫。 2. 請注意各校規定，作者欄裡是否要有[指導教授]的姓名，以免不符合畢業資格。另外,報名國際場者必需上台做口頭報告，此為大部份博士生的畢業資格。 3. 稿件需修改時，請用[修改]的功能上傳新修定稿件，而不是新增稿件(會造成一稿多投)。 4. 萬一有重複稿件，將選擇性撤銷多餘稿件。若需徹稿者(需管理人員操作)，需支付報名費(不退費)。 5. 報名費以實際出席會議人數為準,每篇至少要有一位作者報名並繳費。 6. 報名時，於本研討會的調查表中請務必加註匯款資料(轉帳銀行帳號的後5碼)。 7. 當密碼遺忘時，可申請重設密碼， 此時會發出第一封信提醒是否要重設密碼，當按下鏈結後，更新畫面後會提醒您系統已寄出第二封信[密碼函]，請再次收信,並於登入後重設密碼。 |
