研討會發表者注意事項

國際場

►發表方式:每位口頭簡報15分鐘、Q&A 5分鐘。每位發表者第13分鐘響一次鈴提醒,第15分鐘響兩次鈴簡報結束。

►研討會發表為現場口頭發表,請準備簡報PPT檔。

►簡報檔案請存在USB隨身碟自行攜帶至會場,於各場發表前10分鐘交由各場工作人員處理。

►會議室設備:各會議室將提供筆電(作業系統為Windows)、投影機、滑鼠及簡報筆。

 

國內場

Instructions for Conference Presenters

International Sessions

► Presentation format: Each oral presentation is 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. A bell will ring once at the 13-minute mark as a reminder, and twice at the 15-minute mark to indicate the end of the presentation.

► Conference presentations will be delivered orally on site. Please prepare your presentation PPT file.

► Save your presentation file on a USB flash drive and bring it to the venue. Please submit it to the session staff 10 minutes before the start of the session.

► Meeting room equipment: Each meeting room will be equipped with a laptop computer (Windows OS), projector, mouse, and presentation remote.

 

Domestic Sessions

► Presentation format: Each oral presentation is 10 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. A bell will ring once at the 8-minute mark as a reminder, and twice at the 10-minute mark to indicate the end of the presentation.
